Collect Your Loyalty Card

FAQ'S
Earning Points
Q: What if I forget my loyalty card?
A: We won’t be able to apply punches retroactively. Please remember to walk with your card each time you collect your packages.
Q: Can I earn punches for someone else’s package?
A: No, the loyalty program is account-specific. Punches can only be applied to packages collected by the cardholder.
Q: What if I collect packages for my household—can I use one card for all packages?
A: No, the loyalty program is account-specific. Punches can only be applied to packages collected by the cardholder.
Q: Can I have multiple cards at once?
A: No. Each customer is issued one active loyalty card at a time.
Q: Will I be reminded how many punches I have left?
A: Yes. Our team will inform you during pickup, and once Phase Two launches, you’ll be able to check your balance online.
Redemption & Rewards
Q: How many times can I redeem the $1,000 discount?
A: As many times as you like! Every time you collect 6 punches, you’re eligible for the discount.
Q: Can I use the $1,000 discount immediately after I reach 6 punches?
A: Yes! The discount will be applied to your next qualifying shipment once verified.
Q: Are there blackout periods for redemption (e.g., holidays or sale events)?
A: No blackout dates apply at this time. We recommend following us on social media for any program updates.
Q: Can I give my discount to someone else?
A: No. Discounts are non-transferable and must be used by the cardholder.
Card Management
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced with previous punches. A new card will be issued, and you'll need to start fresh.
Q: What if I forgot to bring my card but still need to collect packages?
A: You can still collect your packages, but no punches can be added without your physical card present.
Q: Do punches expire?
A: Yes. If your card remains incomplete, punches will expire 6 months after your last punch.
Q: How will I know when the digital system launches?
A: We will make announcements on our website, social media, and by email for registered customers.
Q: Can I join the loyalty program online?
A: Not at this time. Phase One uses physical punch cards only. Phase Two will introduce an online registration and tracking platform.
